Shipping & Returns
When you buy goods from our website, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We will exchange any item within 14 days of receiving the goods if brought from the Miss Poppy or Amanda Alder sections of our website if the sizing is incorrect unless the item has been personalised with a name and then I am afraid we are not able to exchange.
Other than what above
If you change your mind and the time has not been personalised, we will issue a refund for orders cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods. No questions asked! Once the return has been agreed you must return the goods at your own cost within the following 14 days. If an item has been personalised, I am afraid we can not offer a refund.
The returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and include all labels. Upon inspection of the returned items, we will issue the relevant refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
